		<description>Don&#039;t put too much faith in the U of UT&#039;s track record.  The Director simply picks technologies he likes, creates a company on paper and puts himself and/or his employees on the BOD&#039;s of the companies.  Some of the start ups are real, but most are just on paper - designed to bump up the numbers for the press.  Also, some of the practices are questionable at best - having the TCO director as CEO of companies applying for SBIR funding, for example.  You might want to check the facts before using the U of UT TCO as a benchmark.</description>
