Jonathan Fritz is an attorney at AlphaTech Counsel, S.C. He has experience with information technology, intellectual property, and emerging company business matters. Prior to joining AlphaTech Counsel, Jonathan was a partner in the venture capital, information technology, and intellectual property groups of a large Midwest law firm. Additionally, Jonathan previously worked in-house for a multi-national computer corporation in Minnesota.

  • Outside counsel for large and small software and Internet companies with respect to software licenses, SaaS agreements, software development contracts, open source license issues, and other information technology law related matters
  • Lead outside counsel for venture-backed medical technology corporation with respect to patent licensing and shareholder rights issues
