Attorney, Corporate and Licensing (at least 4 years transactional experience). Qualified individuals interested in full-time, part-time, flexible time, and remote arrangements are encouraged to apply. Strong contract drafting skills are essential. Business experience or an MBA (or both) is strongly desired. Science background or technology industry experience (or both) is helpful. Qualified individuals who are entrepreneurial, creative, thorough, enthusiastic, motivated, diligent, and team-players will be well-received.
