Paul Page is an attorney at AlphaTech Counsel, S.C. He is experienced in representing businesses in the pharmaceutical/biotech, information technology, and high-tech manufacturing industries. Paul advises clients on entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, private financings, and corporate reorganizations, and guides clients on day-to-day contract and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining AlphaTech Counsel, Paul worked for five years in the corporate services group of a large Midwest law firm. Before becoming an attorney, Paul worked in the healthcare and information technology industries and conducted biological research.

  • Representing a biotech company on its $125,000,000 sale to a large pharmaceutical company

  • Negotiating numerous software licenses, supply and distribution agreements, and the sale of a division on behalf of a large high-tech manufacturer
  • Advising clients on choice of business entity and succession planning
  • Advising clients on reorganization, restructuring, and conversion of business entities
  • Advising clients on issues related to raising funds through debt and equity financing and equity sales to strategic and financial buyers
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including agreements for purchase and sale of goods and services, intellectual property licensing, investment agreements, equity transfers, and leases
  • Negotiating with numerous health plan sponsors, including governmental agencies, private employers, third-party administrators, and pharmacy services providers, on behalf of a pharmaceutical benefits management company
